We knew nothing about buying a home, literally nothing other than what a house was. David walked us through the process expertly from start to finish. He carefully took into account what we wanted- and even helped us refine our needs- and he went to work! He was responsive, discerning, and incredibly patient as we sought our home. David patiently explained to us how to sell our condo in order for us to be able to buy our first home. The process worked out as he explained. We listed our condo on a Thursday and we received 3 offers over the weekend. We accepted an offer above list on our condo within 5 days of listing. From there, we turned our attention buying our first home. David patiently showed us 5 homes. We ranked our choices and made an offer on our 1 choice. Working with David was a fantastic experience. David took the time to walk me through a 'First Time Home Buyer' virtual seminar. I asked family who had experience buying real estate to sit in as a second set of ears. They agreed David's consultation was the best (and really only) of its kind they'd seen. Throughout the process he listened to all of the variables I was considering, gave direct feedback on what was likely vs unlikely, and actively scouted for properties he thought would be a good fit. My work schedule unexpectedly shifted at a critical time in the buying process and I was largely unavailable during normal hours.
